We had the opportunity to bring our Headshot Studio Photo Booth Experience to MedForce and Allergan Aesthetics by AbbVie, the makers of BOTOX® Cosmetic and JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA® XC, at the stunning Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego for the 2024 AMI Speaker Training - and let’s just say, this event was one for the books! With breathtaking ocean views, the venue set the perfect scene for a day filled with networking, learning, and professional growth.
A Key Part of the 2024 AMI Speaker Training
This activation was part of Allergan Aesthetics’ 2024 AMI Speaker Training, a high-level 2 Day program designed to provide industry professionals with hands-on education, including large group programs, live product and anatomy trainings, cadaver lab trainings, live virtual events, and a speaker training summit. The event engaged 142,942 aesthetic professionals and reached a social media audience of 139,460, reinforcing its impact in the industry.
We provided our Headshot Studio Photo Booth Experience on Day 1, where over 5,000 aesthetic professionals had the opportunity to update their professional headshots—an essential asset for their personal branding, speaker profiles, and corporate directories.
A Digital-First Experience
For this activation, We provided a portrait-mode headshot station designed for informal yet high-quality professional photos. Attendees stood in front of our sleek black backdrop, which is ideal for a clean and polished look. The best part? They could see their headshot in real time and had the ability to finalize the shot, or retake it, guaranteeing each guest had the perfect result that they were looking for. No pressure, no awkward poses, just a seamless and comfortable experience.
This was a fully digital headshot experience, making it incredibly easy for attendees to receive their photos instantly. With multiple options available, they could send their headshots via Text, Email, Airdrop, or QR Code, allowing for effortless sharing and quick access. No waiting, no hassle - just a smooth, modern solution that fits right into today’s fast-paced professional world.
